My events are all about seasonal ingredients that are going to do your body the world of good. My aim is to send you home after a delicious dinner, class or demonstration feeling, light, inspired and topped up with goodness.

CLOVE food co is all about natural, plant based and pescetarian food that is going to do your body the world of good. I like to create seasonal menu’s which celebrate natural ingredients, vibrant, bright dishes and simple cooking that delivers maximum flavour.
So for a little more information on my previous supper clubs…my last was held in a lovely space in Parsons Green and we snacked on bright boards of crudité and a whole range of different dips – everything from black garlic and sweet potato dip to beetroot, feta and walnut numbers. Everything was free from refined sugar, wheat and cows dairy too.

So many of you are so mean to yourselves about how bad you think you are at cooking…I promise you all it takes is a little boost of confidence and some know how and you can be well on the road to becoming a little kitchen genius. Promise.
I teach tailor-made cooking classes to those of all levels and always with a focus on nutritious, healthy food. Classes can be run from the comfort of your own kitchen with anything up to 6 guests and focus on learning new skills, building confidence and getting to grips with some really exciting recipes.
Alternatively, I will also be running group classes in various cooking schools in London so keep an eye out for more details coming soon.
