Courgettes make a great green addition to any juice - they hold lots of liquid and do not have too much of an invasive flavour. Give them a try in this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 7cm chunk of cucumber
  • 1 medium courgette
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger (optional)
  • ½ a cup of water
Instructions
  1. Roughly chop all of the ingredients and blitz through your juicer. Finally pour the water into the juicer as it spins to wash out any remaining bits of juice. Drink immediately.
