A Green Juice & A Green Smoothie Recipe

  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ a banana
  • ½ a mango
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 7cm piece of cucumber
  • ½ a pak choi
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 1tsp spirulina, wheatgrass or chlorella powder (optional)
  1. Remove the skin from the avocado, banana, mango and passion fruit and place in your blender with the cucumber, pak choi, water and spirulina (or alternative) powder.
  2. Blitz for a minute or two until completely smooth and creamy. Drink immediately and enjoy!
