At the moment I work as a Digital Marketing Manager at Daylesford Organic – a job that has opened my eyes to all manner of issues within the world of food and farming. Everything from where our food comes from to how it is produced, the impact of organic, animal welfare and the vital importance of our soil.
Part of my role involves creating all of the online recipes for Daylesford and the content for their eBooks too. With such an array of fantastic, seasonal ingredients at my fingertips, you can imagine that this is perhaps the most rewarding part of what I do.
I currently live in North London with my husband Nick and together we spend far too much time cooking and eating. This website is really an outlet for us to share the various inventions, tests and failures that we come up with. I so hope you enjoy it.
